ANZICS Conference

Last we ek was pretty busy for us at bbcatering we had the pleasure of catering to a little conference, the early childhood graduation, and zentech and as much as all our events receive the same professional service and attention one of the highlights from last week would of been working along side working along side the delightful Pat, Eliza and team from Dunedin Conference Management Services for the first time. We assisted DCMS in the 3 day conference for ANZICS (Australia & New Zealand Intensive Care Services) at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery, with a variety of services including homemade chocolate chip cookies, carrot cake and date scones for morning/afternoon tea, pre registration’s menu was a beautiful vegetarian nicose salad with crisp green beans, red onion, olives, boiled egg, potato and garlic dressing served in mini noodle boxes with “Sylvie’s” freshly made club and pinwheel sandwiches … welcome canapes were mini Yorkshire puddings, Vietnamese rolls, parmesan tarts, chicken vol-au-vents to name a few … breakfasts (yes we were  up at 5am) had a cup of muesli, yoghurt, and berry compote, bacon and egg baps, ham & cheese croissants and breakfast danishes, with chef’s yummy homemade muesli … great way to start the day … and their big lunch was ham off the bone, spinach & bacon salad, freshly made tabouleh, kumara & orange with curry mayonaise, breads and chef’s homemade ‘bb’condiments … as well as catering to the many dietary requirements – vegan, vegetarian, gluten fee etc

It was a pleasure to be able to assist DCMS and showcase one of Dunedin’s fantastic venues to the out of towners
