So its been a busy couple of weeks and sorry I haven’t kept you all up to date but I will try and put it all into a short blurb … check out our latest photos in ‘this months’ folder …..

We ended April with a contra famil for Conference Innovators atthe beautiful Toitu Museum … Kerry Buchan and  her team were showing a group of out of town PCO’s around our beautiful town and we

had the pleasure of servicing them some canapes before they went to Aerosmith …. mini chicken, brie and cranberry burgers, prawn pinwheels with Chef’s highlander dressing, freshly made Vietnamese rice rolls, pakoras, chicken skewers … just to name a few


May started with a bang on Saturday 4th May we had the Survey Schools graduation (215), Kokiri Graduation (200) and a child’s birthday party …. good old faithful van done a few miles that dayThen last week we served the Carbase team and their guests (229) some beautiful canapes and on the Saturday we catered to the corporate tables (220) for the Hammerhead Fight Night ……

 

 

All in all the last three weeks have been pretty full on but it’s always good to be able to get out and about and deliver some of Chef’s delicious food around our beautiful town …
