Last weekend we were back at the beautiful Grandview Gardens Outram helping Victoria and Richard celebrate their special day …. what a beautiful day it was … Victoria and Richard put a lot of thought into their decorations and Jolene from Estelle Flowers as always complimented their ideas beautifully … the families helped out also with the search for birds nests …. check out their photos and you will see how it all flowed
We were very lucky to be involved in their wedding reception and served Victoria & Richard with some yummy post ceremony canapes like port, blue cheese and quince puffs, our famous chicken skewers with home made satay sauce (ready for sale soon) and parmesan tarts with
caramelized onions … then onto their dinner buffet of roasted lamb with garlic, rosemary and lemon zest with pan gravy, whole poached salmon with a lemon & dill mayo, citrus honey roasted carrots, medley of root roasted vegetables (Victoria likes her roast vegetables) followed by wedding cake, berry coulis, cream, strawberries and blueberries.
Victoria looked absolutely stunning in her beautiful flowing gown and Richard very handsome … so much in love it was an honour to be involved
