So its all or nothing at the moment … pretty quite lead up for the start of the week and then it all break s loose on the weekend … Saturday night we had two deliveries to the Claredon Hotel for a 40th birthday … chef’s homemade sausage rolls were a hit as were our thai chicken skewers … Sunday was very busy … Ladies Day Wingatui Racecourse, what a great day, great races, and great entertainment with a fantastic “Seafood Paella” lunch which was loved by all … cafe full on busy … don’t miss out on the last race day for the season next Sunday 10th June, see you there … from the races straight into another dinner at Alhambra Union … Fia’s Island style curry, roast pork with plenty of crackling, kumara baked in coconut cream …mmmmm, and some beautiful Samoan dance to top it off a great night …
