So February has started with a hiss and a roar as February’s normally do … 2 weddings so far this month, a great race day at Wingatui for Champions day, and a few smaller events fitted in here and there …

We’ve had the pleasure of catering to Eve & Dion and Stephanie & James weddings so far and both were amazing …

Eve & Dion had their reception at the Tautuku Fishing club, we served a solid main course buffet enjoyed by all, beautiful comments and feedback from the guests it was a great night
Stephanie & James tied the know at the beautiful Grandview gardens on a hot day, Stephanie looked so beautiful and radiant … guests sat to a delicious antipasti platter to pick from, then on to mains of alternatively served plated slow roasted beef and chicken saltimbocca with family style platters of vegetables and salads

This weekend we head to a private residence in Allanton for the wedding of Emma & Christian and then on Saturday the team splits and one heads to Tautuku for Nathan and Sylvie’s special day and the other goes to Grandview for Paula and Lauries reception … and while all this is happening we are still catering to Zentech on Saturday and a couple of lunches on Friday

Busy busy but we love it
