When purchased in November 2010 by business partners Gordon McKenzie (Chef) and Tara Namana (Event Manager), we knew we had acquired an established and highly regarded business and can give a guarantee to our current and potential clients that we will do all in our ability to ensure the reputation of this business is retained, if not exceeded in our future endeavours
Gordon and Tara both worked with Bede before purchasing, so had the advantage of insight into the business, which made for a seamless transition for all our clients

The majority of our food is prepared in our commerical kitchen, using the freshest local ingredients available and then transported to your venue succulent and delicious.
